TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ZONA AI PRODUCT USAGE

Thank you for Your trust in using Zona AI’s products. By using any services and/or products provided by PT Azzam Digital Network (“Zona AI”), hereby You, the company and/or business where You have given permission or authorization to represent You (“User”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Zona AI Product Usage as well as the terms, policies, and other related documentation as implemented by Zona AI from time to time (“Terms and Conditions”).

Zona AI may review and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. The User acknowledges and agrees that the User is obliged to check these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay updated on the latest terms regarding the Product usage.

I. General Terms

These General Terms apply to all Users who use any Product (as defined below) provided by Zona AI.

A. General Definition

• BAST: Minutes of Handover after training is completed and the Product is ready to use.

• Intellectual Property Rights: patents, copyrights, trademarks, and related rights.

• Confidential Information: all business information of Zona AI shared with the User.

• Trial Service: limited-access service provided to Users.

• Active Period: duration of the paid subscription package.

• Force Majeure: events beyond the Parties’ control.

• Usage Agreement: written agreement regarding Product usage.

• Party: Zona AI or User.

• Product: services provided by Zona AI, including WhatsApp Business API & Omnichannel, CRM Application, Call Center System, and related tools.

• Quotation: document issued by Zona AI detailing User’s selected package.
  
  

B. Package Details, Fees, and Payments

User agrees that the Product package details follow the Quotation and/or Usage Agreement.

C. User Representations and Warranties

User represents and warrants that:

1. User is competent and authorized to agree to these Terms.

2. User has obtained all required licenses or approvals.

3. No legal issues hinder User’s ability to perform obligations.

4. User complies with anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations.

5. User has obtained valid consent from personal data owners provided to Zona AI.

6. User complies with all applicable Product terms and privacy policies.
   
   

D. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

3.3. Zona AI may disclose User information if required by law or needed to protect rights or comply with legal proceedings.

4. Data Security

4.1. Zona AI applies industry-standard security measures.
4.2. No data transmission method is 100% secure; Zona AI cannot guarantee absolute protection.

5. Third-Party Links

Zona AI may contain links to external websites. Zona AI is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites.

6. Children’s Privacy

Zona AI is not intended for children under 13. If such data is accidentally collected, Zona AI will delete it upon request.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Zona AI may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
